MCINTYRE, Raymond
Show info Hide info

A talented pupil of Petrus van der Velden in Ōtautahi, Raymond Francis McIntyre felt that Aotearoa constricted him artistically. He relocated to London, arriving in February 1909, and he never returned. He was a student of painters George Lambert, William Nicholson, and Walter Sickert, among others.
