Areez Katki is an artist based between Te Whanganui-a-Tara and Mumbai. He uses found materials, from textiles to language, in an intuitive manner, placing an emphasis on gesture. His work explores migratory and postcolonial identities, spiritual cosmologies, and queer narratives.
